WOW! Eason is gone? Lilly too? Who are the rest that was shown the door? I used to work there and that guy showed me the door. Then when I got on this forum and shared my story I got accused of washing out at 2 airlines, struggling through Silvers' training, not knowing were the pitot tubes were etc. When all Chris told me was that I didn't put the company's interest first when I loss a close relative then tried to strand me in Florida.

If everything has changed a couple of weeks ago I will believe it when they offer the other 3 people they screwed over thier jobs back.

Crimson, sounds like you had a bad experience with them - or know someone that has. Care to share? I know of a guy in training right now that well maybe he can choose to get on here and tell his story.

I think I've said it before, but I will reiterate for those who don't care to read through the previous posts. If you don't like Silver, and feel the need to bash those of us who came here to work (develop our careers), please do us all a favor and find something else to occupy your time so we don't waste our time by reading your useless posts with the same stuff that keeps getting repeated.

Eason is not gone. He left the chief pilot position for Saab. He is in training right now. And Lily is still here.

Where would you upgrade to Capt faster going in at 1250 hours TT - XpressJet or Silver? Just curious.

Some of you said the QOL is better at Xpressjet...how so?
