Or just a single scale without status differences and pay based on longevity only. It may be the only way to attract talent.

I hope everyone that falls for this and goes to great mistakes gets what is coming for them. Get ready to get violated. If the feds aren't crawling all over this new 135 op and handing out LOI's and violations like candy i'll be surprised
