Oh, no. We didn't talk about that. I guess that should have been one of the questions that I asked. They kind of caught me off guard though. I had just landed when my phone rang. I was pretty excited to hear that it was Cape Air recruiting.

It's really tough to tell. With how small the size of the GUM operation is, there's not many captain vacancies.
Rough estimate, 3 years at least. But you never know when someone senior to you on the 402 might get a wild hair and go for it.
I certainly wouldn't hold my breath for it.

I interviewed yesterday. It was an awesome experience. The recruiter and the pilots from cape air were extremely nice. It was a pretty laid back interview just like everyone said. I'm hoping for a call with a class date. They said they were running 2 maybe 3 classes: December, Jan. and Feb.
