I'm getting ready to leave active duty and kicking around the idea of putting in an app at Cape Air. Had a friend that did it and loved it, but he was single at the time. I'm staying in the guard part time but have always wanted to do that type of flying. Any advice on making it work? I assume a full schedule at Cape Air and guard flying would keep a guy pretty busy.

I got an interview coming up for an FO position with 800 hours. I also had someone on the inside mention me but hope that helps!

I know of two folks interviewing there as well with less that 1000, but they also have Cessna 400 series time. That is usually a plus.

Yeah no 400 series time for me. just 43 hours of multi.
