If I were you I'd go to a p141 school and I'd keep flying. Boutique can take a long time as you probably read already. IF for some reason things move fast for ya, then you can accept a class with boutique.

Javichu. I'm new to the post and reading through many pages I see you had your HR interview last December, when did you receive your second interview? Are you now flying with Boutique? How long was the technical interview? Any tips for preparing. Thanks for all the posts and information.

Waiting for class. Technical was in april, around 20 minutes, and it's basic IFR knowledge.
So be patient and know your IFR stuff

That's what I was thinking to. I didn't want to be rude to the part 141 school, so wanted another opinion. Flying season's just getting started and would really hate to watch nice wx go by working a dead end job.

One thing to consider for all of the FO applicants is that you are not a required crew member and all PICs are able to fly single pilot. I've heard that FOs can be bumped or asked to sit in the back for weight and balance considerations as well. FOs are not required to maintain night or IFR currency either.

Many have moved on to regionals, but some 91 or 135 operators may not accept the SIC flight time.

They are hiring almost continuously it seems but the wait times for application processing are extremely inconsistent. I would recommend going to that flight school if you are in desperate need of employment.

Any word on if Boutique has any upcoming classes? I dropped an app in a few days ago and I'm looking to leave my current flying gig.
