Thanks! I figured as much. Just was trying to avoid reading through 160 pages of posts. That will take some time!

That's the funniest crap I've read on the forums in awhile. Don't believe this nonsense they push on you guys. BTQ is not getting a United flow. That rumor needs to die.

- an ex Boutiquer that saw through their BS and got out early

PS - some of you laughed at iwasboutiqued's long post and brushed it off. He literally nailed it. Everything typed out was 100% accurate and I couldn't agree more. MX became nonexistent. It went from fixing things to simply signing "ops check good" on everything to make crap legal. You WILL be pressured into flying into unsafe conditions. I had the chief on my ass pressuring us into taking off into several tornado warnings while the airport was on a ground stop. Get out of this place while you still have your certificate and before they try and throw garbage warning letters and check ride failures on your record.

Sounds like 99% of the part 135 gigs, with some resentment added.

I have a few buddies flying there and it's far from being a perfect place, but it's not that dramatic at all.

Why would a company want to expend money on your training to make you fail checkrides?.

Weather,maintenance and bosses.....part 134 yep

That United flow rumor was started by some PHX guys after some big shot United guy flew with us to his vacation home in Sho Low several times. He had never sat down and talked with anyone , he had a couple of conversations with a few PHX pilots and that’s it.

Go to a company knowing what holds true today, a rumor is just that . Don’t put your career on the line over it.

So you do the math.
Funnily enough, I believe this same person was fired from his next PC12 gig for exactly the same reasons. Timeline, ex-BTQ and some of the stories he told would match...

I'd love to see what some of you consider to be "pressure". I had times where they would ask me some questions about the situation, but never in my time there was I ever "pressured" to do anything. Stand by for some thicker skin training.

Yesss, exactly!. There are so many crappy jobs out there...and I'm pretty sure BTQ is not one of them. Pros/cons, sure. That's called life

Used to hear good things about them back in 2016. Buddy of mine left Boutique a couple months ago. Said things were not going so great. Hearing that 40% of all pilots have left in the last 90 days? Is turnover that bad?
