Okay so I’m in the Envoy Cadet program at ATP mins and they really haven’t updated us on any possible hiring. Would it be smart for me to apply to PSA or would it be an issue since I’m with envoys program now?

Not an issue for PSA, apply if you like the company.

I’d get in somewhere as fast as you can. When this hiring wave commences in earnest, it’s going to be huge IMO. Seniority is absolutely everything, even a week or a month can be the defining line.
For all the naysayers, PSA is as good or better then any other regional.

Apply and walk away from Envoy if you can. You’re not going to be hired here anytime soon.

If I were in your shoes I would apply here as well as at EDV. Any regional thats hiring apply. As others have said seniority is everything. Don't sit around waiting or hoping when you could apply and possibly get on elsewhere. You want to get on a seniority list, get hours and get as many people under you as possible. Quicker you do that the quicker you can get hired on elsewhere (ACMI, LCC, Majors etc) whenever things turn around.

Is PSA still accepting FO apps through airline apps? Or do I need to apply separately through their website?

I can't give you a for sure answer but I would go through the site. Maybe see if there is a HR email on there you could reach out and ask.

A buddy of mine applied on their website and it was straight forward. Waiting to hear on the next steps.
