Thats if you are only concerned with the income you make from being a pilot. If this event teaches pilots anything, it should be that you need to diversify. Start a business. Get into real estate. Who cares about 1 or 2 years more longevity if you can grow a business that earns as much or more revenue than flying airplanes.

The questions are very typical of an initial interview. For example, what is important to you in an airline? Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years? What do you consider essential qualities of a professional pilot? Have you ever failed a checkride or eval?
I'm sure there's a whole bank of questions and the app randomizes what you get. It's a little different than talking to a person but if you've interviewed for any job anywhere before it won't be totally foreign. I didn't get any technical (aeronautical) questions. It appears that is a separate interview.

Yes, you go through a third party app/service. Basically you are presented an HR type question, you have a 20 second timer to think about your answer, and then you have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to reply. There's no re-do so whatever you say is what they will see for review.
