If you’re a “corporate bubba on heavy metal” I would advise to make sure to look at the plethora of LCC options in the MCO / Central FL as well, including Breeze.

Commuting to reserve isn’t fun. And requiring 2 legs to commute across time zones isn’t fun either. Avoid those and it won’t be the end of the world.
I prefer my current commute of the bus to the employee lot and a 15 minute drive. I used to commute to reserve when I started and it was the absolute worst. Would not recommend. Commuting to a line is probably not too bad. Considering your seniority I'm sure its very do able.

Would love to but total time is too low for that to be a realistic option in the current market (1900ish). Just exploring options at the moment.

I know just about any MCO commute sucks but looks like a ton of flights between some PSA bases.

How are reserve schedules for commuters? Longer blocks on/off or a lot of 2/3/4 on to 1-2 days off?

MCO commute sucks. Will almost always have 6 flight attendants ahead of you in line along with all the D1 vacation passes being used.
MLB has check Airman that will bump you off for a line check on the 2 flights per day.
Commuting to reserve sucks even more.
I can't express in words how sucks is not nearly a strong enough word.

Has anyone else not heard anything from PSA after receiving the email to update your flight hours? It's been a month for me
