Mine switched to that, and I got a call from a recruiter with follow up questions to continue in the process the same day. Haven't heard back since then but that was 2 months after my HR. So take that for what it's worth.

Please remember that PSA fired almost their entire recruiting and hiring team, and only kept a couple of HR people. They are struggling and until we replace who is in charge of hiring this is what should be expected. The pilots that were doing interviews are all moving on to legacy airlines. Do not expect things to go smoothly during the hiring process.

With the current rate of attrition they’ll need to continue filling classes through the end of the year and then some. This is all without flow even starting back up yet.

so the question is “How long will the entire top end of the industry be hiring?” Signs point to strong hiring until the next black swan.
