To the original thread poster, I'm sure you've already made your decision, but I think Gojets would probably be the better choice at this point. The original group of Gojetters sold out their brothers and sisters at TSA, but for the most part, their gone. The stigma will always be there, unfortunately.
On the other hand, we have lovely PSA, who sold out each and everyone of us and stabbed us all in the backs on the way, just so they could get some shiny new jets. They're spineless I can't wait for the chance to deny one a jumpseat. To the 40% at PSA who voted no, we apologize that you're clumped in with the rest of the spineless weasels making up the 60%.
So...go to Gojets.

So now that Midwest doesn't exist, we can just go ahead and forget that*RAH grew while Midwest ALPA pilots rejected an agreement to fly E-Jets at RAH rates and were shrunk into oblivion? Boy, that sounds awfuly familiar.
And the silence from the RAH IBT in support of the*Midwest pilots was deafening.
Now you can carry a high and mighty attitude because you voted down a TA, all while flying under a CBA ratified in 2003, while not so quietly moving in on the turf of Envoy in both O'Hare and Miami?
But it seems now that you're enjoying "cool kid" status and basking in the pleasure of calling another airline a bunch of scumbags after enduring nearly identical treatment not that long ago.

How did you react when Midwest pilots had very much the same impression and perception of RAH pilots in 2008/09?

Well said. Considering who he works for, he's in no position to throw stones.

I hope you're right. I really do hope eagle's stand pays off. And if you guys get a much better offer than what was offered to PSA then you guys deserve every penny of it. However, AA isn't there to improve your contract in any way from the kindness of their hearts. Let's say AA offers something better than what was offered to PSA, you know it's still concessionary. Will all the PSA haters then delete their APC screen names and start a new one? Will you?

Let me reiterate the fact that AA isn't there to improve your contract. If what you're saying is true, why even bother spending your union dues for the negotiation committee to continue to meet with AA management?

Get a great industry leading contract then feel free to speak up.

Maybe that's why Atlas never called you up. People know people in this industry, and in general folks look out for their friends. You'll never know why the phone didn't ring...

That's a BOLD assumption. Glad you've made this post so I can ask you few months later what happened???

You're welcome, backstabbers.
