Yea, the contract says you have to apply in your first year or your capped. I think people are turning it around to much. That wording was placed there to prevent senior guys from avoiding their name being called to not have to "decline" two many times and get capped.
All the negative Nancy's are saying if you check the PSA box you get culled. I don't believe it all, the majors are ran by modern
HR departments. The guys saying that are all people who have had at least 1,000tpic for 20 years now. To them there is always a conspiracy or they would have be hired 15-20 years ago.

An AA pilot recruiter told me personally that because of PSA's flow, they won't hire out of seniority order

I got my interview coming up. Those of you who recently interviewed and were flown in, what was the time frame from when you replied back with your chosen interview date and them getting back with the travel details/interview prep material?
Does everyone get flown in to Charlotte for the interview?

I just interviewed on 2/25. My original response to recruiting was on 2/15 with a confirmation of interview date on 2/16. My travel arrangements were sent to me on 2/18. I was flown to CLT, yes. I opted to come in the night before for mental ease. It was a very simple process, all of it. Well orchestrated, solid team of interviewers on the panel, and written was exactly what the gouges prep you for. Offered an April 13th class date. Thus far it's been nothing but a great experience with PSA.
