So? We still have more moving than we had previously, and a flow vs interview.
If we have fewer pilots then 5 a month will be a larger percentage than 4 ever would have been.
Even with parked 200s we will still grow by about 20 acft. Enough to move is up to 6/month.
O, and we gave nothing to get it.

We'll see how much we gave up to get this 'flow'

I voted no, but this post tells me you havent really been keeping up with what's happening. In the past few months there actually have been a number of guys that wanted the job get denied it. This is one thing that scared a bunch of senior captains into voting yes. They didn't want their number to be called soon and fail the interview. A downside of this whole thing tho is that now those guys that were denied will be able to flow, which will delay the flow from moving down the seniority list a few months.

And they won't displace any more FO's and growth will be non existent. After that they will furlough. After that they will not be able to staff and our planes will go to other regionals. Sounds like a win win to me. All the FO's who complained about being displaced will not have to worry about upgrade because then they will be new hires at another regional after being furloughed, waiting even longer to upgrade.

And btw, the company is back to putting letters in your V files if you miss more than 6 total, yes TOTAL days per year. Safety culture here is great, as is management. Thanks for passing this guys, now you're stuck here because we'll find ways to screw you.

Funny stuff though today. Watched an ENY FO walk down a jet bridge to our plane, realize it was a PSA plane and walk back up...
Best part was no gate agent check him or his badge...

Yeah they changed the gates over there. Probably was his airplane though.

KLIT ops has gotten really bad recently. Pushed last weekend there and started to taxi, and the FWD cargo compartment opens...I am like what the eff...stop...then someone comes out, plugs in the headset and tells me they added 2 bags...random as eff.
No idea how they thought that was appropriate.

Also, if you used PED be sure they didn't mark that as a sick day.
