No worries.

We had an XJT guy from ATL in my class. Like I said, TYS is faster for getting a line, and once you can hold a line in CLT you can compare the commute. TYS might be easier as you could always drive it should the need arise.

Am I ratively safe for still making the quick upgrade. Getting nervous now that I put in my resignatikn to go back to first year pay.

But Definately ready to get off reserve. Where should I bid to get a line the quickest and have a decent commute from Atlanta
What part of Atl? It's 4 hours from Gwinnett to Tys and 3 to clt. But from the city is probably the same time to each airport.

KCM stands for Known Crew Member. It's a TSA program that allows participating airline pilots to simply scan an ID card, show a photo ID, and bypass all of the normal security screening process. You have to be in uniform to use it I believe.

I don't think there's any such thing as a decent ATL commute.

I finished IOE in mid-November, and held a line for January. I know TYS is the quickest for holding a line. I can't speak for CLT.

There is DAY-ATL service on DL and SW. The SW service was an old Air Tran route.
