Dude you need to stop worrying about the PRIA. I have no idea whats on it and don't really care to be honest.
You need to worry about your attitude and whats on the application. You're coming across as wanting to hide the facts man. Hiding these facts will kill your career for sure. This is a super small world. If the guys a Piedmont don't already know who you are they will find out before you're done with class and if you lied to them on the application or interview you will be fired and walked out class. So make sure you answer the questions they ask. Fact is you have failed to complete two new hire classes. And you're going to have to list both airlines on the work history. So I'm sure the interviewers will ask questions about why you left both places within a time frame of what a typical new hire class is. Don't lie no matter what you think is or isn't on the PRIA. Another reason PRIA isn't as big of a deal as you think is this thread. You will be totally kidding yourself if you think there is no way that someone at PDT has seen this so there is a chance that the PDT interviewers will be keyed in on this story next week when they are asking their questions.
Like it was said before you've washed out of TWO new hire classes so you need to figure out what you're doing wrong and whats causing you problems in the sim. Behind the plane how? Behind because you're shooting multiple approaches and situational awareness goes out the window? Behind because you're getting caught up in checklists and procedures, flows and callouts messing with you? Figure out whats messing you up and figure out a way to fix it before you start another class.
Don't kid yourself into thinking that a turboprop will make you keep up with the plane though. Realistically in the sim the turboprop will be only flown a handful of knots slower than the CRJ was flown in the sim so you're not going to gain a lot of time. You will probably be busier actually. I've never flown a dash or a CRJ, but I've flown 2 turboprops and 2 jets and I can say that both turboprops were harder on V1 cuts and both turboprops had much more busy work as far as switch flipping on normal ops much less emergency procedures. Also turboprops where harder situational awarenesswise because both turboprops I flew didn't have a nice MFD with FMS course line drawn on it etc so all the pretty MFD nav map stuff has to happen in your head.
Sorry so long. Hope it works out for you, but I can say it won't work for you if you lie at all and if you don't take the time figure out whats actually hurting you before you start another class.

Man I think if I had two 121 failures in a row and still wanted to do it I'd see what's in my file before telling the next one about the bloodbath that lies behind. Not saying lying by omission is ever ethical, but he already pretty much burned his 121 bridges and there's really no other way than by hoping it isn't there. If it is there, it's high time to find another gig.

Not trying to be rude, but I would imagine that the majority of the other pilots in your class made it through training. You did not. Twice. I think others on this forum have given you solid advice. If you have not identified your issues then do so. Correct them and go back. Don't get defensive about it. I don't know many pilots who haven't had their a$$3s handed to them once or twice in this profession, but washing out of training is an event. If I were an employer looking at you as a prospective candidate, I would ask myself: "If this guy is flying the airplane that crashes and kills 50 people, how is it going to look on the 6 O'clock news?" ...."PSA pilot with multiple training failures kills 50 people!" If PSA has invited you back, you're fortunate.

For the love of God, don't recommend that...
Pregnancies take longer than six weeks. In fact, that time is mostly going to be spent listening to all of her female friends squealing in excitement. Finish the training so you have a job with which to provide for your family. Heck, you might even be off reserve by the time the kid shows up!
3.) You are at training at a regional airline. Your wife calls and tells you that she's in the hospital with abdominal pain, she's pregnant. She's under a good deal of stress since you are away for 6 weeks. You elect to leave training in the middle on your own accord. Did you fail training?
