Yeah cause we had so many bodies showing up before this joke of a bonus. We have been shrinking for a while now. Something has to give if the company won't pony up. I guess if they won't park the 200s and Mesa can staff the 900s, AA is going get the cheapest feed they can. I hope AA is ready to admit that their WO plan is their failure.

4 hour min day is a waste of negotiation, that's why SKW got it. The pilot shortage will improve schedules to the point that it will be worth little in the furture, but to push for it now means going back 5 years to see what it would cost, which wouldn't be a fair sample since the schedules were less productive then. So you would WAY over pay for that extra 30 min.

If they value that improvement at 10million over 5 years. You won't see the 10million because the schedules will have an improvement due to staffing. If they give you 10million over 5 years in payrates you will see that.

Highly doubt it. Wasn't mesa having horrific performance at DFW? And on top of AAG throwing these new bonuses out the the WOs, it looks to me like they are actually going to try to bring a little more flying back in house than they anticipated if they can keep and gain pilots.

It could be anything, like health insurance, retirement, hotels commuter parking, 13 days, off extra vacation, per diem, dollar for dollar min day right now is the most over priced item in a contact, due to looking back at prior schedules for cost estimates.
