Dont bank of getting DTW also. Some of the END guys may chime in, but I talked to one guy who said it depends on what aircraft you get assigned and other issues, but its a possibility to not get DTW, at least for a few years. I was in the same boat as you.

Doesnt have to do with PSA. But SkyWest DTW bid is open and hardley any takers... (Less then 10 FO's bidding it. They want 56). New hires/jr captain upgrades will be getting DTW for a while.

Not quite as easy as it used to be because of the growth in NYC, but DTW is still easy to hold. If you don't get it right off the bat, you should be able to within one or two vacancies.

Love how the PSA thread has turned into the Endeavor recruiting thread. Complete with Q&A. LMAO

Edit: We are not even *****ing about PSA anymore. Just working on all our exit plans!!
You know it's bad when the pilot group quits *****ing. It's like the calm before the storm.

So now I have to choose between maybe a small class (I assume) and easy commute by car, or 20k more and commute to NYC.

How big (small) are the classes for June and July? (at PSA)

It's the usual edd and flow of the regionals. One day you're hot, the next you're not.

I do suspect that eventually PSA / AAG is going to figure out that what they're offering isn't exactly working and realize that they're going to have to compete. I have no idea when that is, but I do think it will happen sometime.

Ya, I was thinking the same thing. Be careful though, I was severly scolded on the 9E board for even insinuating that someone who asked a question consider a carrier other than 9E.

But I'm sure he's all for the "hijacking" as he liked to put it of the PSA thread to wave the 9E flag. Makes me laugh also!

So, does anyone else think that the company just took the SAP away from us? Surely we will grieve it, and we will win. But in the meantime, we lost the ability to SAP this summer. 8+ hour processing time? They might as well send out a memo saying that they were cancelling the SAP instead of wasting my time.

In the past, at least MK would send out an email thanking us for our patience. This time, they didn't even have the courtesy to lie to us.

Every single pilot needs to email the MEC and say this is enough of this crap. These processing times are ridiculous and the issue needs to be fixed. Every one of you should email TR, and then tell your friends to do the same. Let's see how well our new MEC chair can get something done then.
