So it's okay to say upgrades are 2.5 years right now and leave it open to implication that's what's going to continue. How about you include the tidbit that 30+ new hires a month are required in conjunction with that upgrade. Quit selling half the picture. You are willfully misleading people.

You are an FO yet were a furlough from Mesaba? Why haven't you upgraded? You know.....Since it's 24 months and all.

I love this FO retention bonus. I was able to SAP to 65 hours for June with 17 days off. And, with the retention bonus, I will make the same as if I worked a full schedule.
This was probably not what the company expected that I would do, but I will enjoy my summer. I call it the "Summer of 65".
I will also be playing the #SummerOf65 drinking game. Every time I get a JRM call from crew scheduling, I will take a drink.

It's insane how pathetic and desperate you look. If that was your real name and not a screen name you'd have to be incredibly embarrassed.

To answer your question, there are a few 900's still coming, but we can't staff them. Our overall number of pilots has been shrinking each month as attrition has outpaced hiring for several months now.
The recruiters will tell you that we are still getting 700's as well, but we can't even handle the flying that we already have on property.

I feel like some of you guys are just trying to paint PSA as a horrible place so nobody shows up and then hope we can use it as leverage for negotiating. Honestly besides first year FO pay I haven't had to much to complain about over the last two years. Yeah SAP is slow but I have always gotten off every day I've ever needed. Management sucks but it does at every regional. Upgrades have slown down but the company will make us more competitive it just might not be as quick as we want it to be, but they will have to come around. It's always going to be cheaper for us to operate aircraft over paying other companies because they have to make a profit too it's simple business. If Rebubilc and PSA both offer $40 an hour for first year pay, American makes more if that flight is done by PSA. The planes will show up here it just might not be the original timeline.
