Call it what you want, I sincerely believe PSA is a good option for a low-time 1500 hour pilot but that's a matter of opinion.
As of today, it's a fact upgrade times are still under 2.5 years and the company is still running upgrade classes. A 2.5 year upgrade is still good for someone with zero prior 121 time.

It's about a 2.5 year upgrade right now, but that's not good enough for entitled FOs that demand to be upgraded the second they hit 1000 hours 121 time (even though some of them aren't ready). Other people upgraded in 1.5 years once they hit 1000 hours, why can't I? It's so not fair, you promised me recruiter. I'm sorry, but those types are common and get old flying with. Convince your CFI friends to come to PSA and maybe you will upgrade quicker.
