Since when did 6666.66 become 7k?
They increased the bonus to 23k a year. 7666 per check.

This was probably not what the company expected that I would do, but I will enjoy my summer. I call it the "Summer of 65".

I will also be playing the #SummerOf65 drinking game. Every time I get a JRM call from crew scheduling, I will take a drink.
Good!

When they call for the JM answer then interrupt the scheduler and tell them your call is still processing so call back in an hour.

Since January when the restructured the retention program. $23,000 per year now.

So the payment is now $7,666.67 every 4 months.

By having humans involved in what was sold as a fully automated system is adding a layer that intentionally slows down the process and it's been that way for about a year now. Does that really require explaining?

Yeap that's nice. Kudos. I'm glad you guys are getting paid. Just kind of obnoxious when some guys say that we transplants are regretting our decision to leave. I wish I left earlier. Life is great. I'm very happy for those that stuck it out and it working in their favor, though, great group of guys and gals over there.

I view it as a win-win. That bonus money never would have come had people not been bailing in droves. Those that bailed have all made out well, and those that stuck it out also got rewarded.

Agreed. Delta doesn't want to pay the retention bonuses. They HAD to pay the retention bonuses. I was staring a downgrade in the face and was only a few steps behind you guys. Especially since I live in CLT.

Another misinformed statement. The program bought can't process the requests in a timely fashion. The union recommended and approved this program.

It's always a conspiracy with uninformed people.

Breaking! Breaking! There is far less risk in continuing the flight rather than RTF when the Ac service panel door is open in flight.
Just thought everybody should be informed

The company needs to run captain and FO sap on different days I'm sure that would help a lot. Until then that's what sick days are for.
