As long as new hires keep showing up to fill them. Right now they are booking into January and perhaps February as well. The plan is for them to remain full and for us to grow the airline with more aircraft and a new base soon.

How many people does a "full" new hire class consist of? I'm in the Nov. 21 and just wondering how many people I can expect in these classes and also how they do seniority...by age or social? Thanks!

It would seem the current target is 25-30, although they could probably handle 35-40 if they wanted to.

Seniority in class is by age, oldest being most senior.

So I need a Luggage Works bag. Will I have a way to get one at a discount? Do we get a discount code? Anyone purchase one lately and not pay the retail, thanks.

Shop around, but when you buy hold on to your receipt. I was able to get mine reimbursed out of my uniform balance several months after I bought it.

Ok, I guess I need to be working for the company before I buy it so I can use the uniform balance. Will I get a uniform balance when I start or does it add up as you go?

Correct me if I am wrong, but you don't get any uniform reimbursement until after you hit your 1 year mark, at which point you get $400 a year.

I don't think PSA will reimburse you for something you bought when you first started...

You're going to be charged for your initial uniform allotment (which includes the option of a suitcase and flight bag) and will pay that back over payroll deduction for your first 9 months. I believe all those items have to be from the company's vendor, so if you'd like a different brand of shirt (a lot of guys like A Cut Above) you pay for that on your own. I don't know if the company's vendor carries LuggageWorks bags, so you may be on your own for that as well.

On your first anniversary, and every anniversary thereafter you accrue $400 into your uniform bank which can be used at the company's vendor automatically (currently the shipping charges there are outrageous, but a CP has said they're trying to fix that), or for shirts, suitcases, and flight bags from an outside vendor. You pay the outside vendor out of pocket and submit receipts for reimbursement.
