So If I take the ATP/CTP 12/20 date the indoc starts 01/03. Did I start working for the company in 2016 or 2017?

2017. ATP/CTP course doesn't count as far as new hire date.

I've been on property less than 2 years, and just scored 17 days off in December, including the last 8 days of the month. So, off for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve.

Love the SAP!

The SAP is slow and frustrating at times, but it has always worked for me in the end.

I wish it would be "real time" as the contract states, and I wish we were doing more to fight for it, but it does work.
