So the sign on bonus comes with a two year commitment.

I either forgot to ask or just forgot - what are the details of the retention bonus ?

Full amount if one departs in year 1; prorated in year 2 -- I think it's quarterly. If memory serves me correctly.

Retention is $2500 quarterly for 24 months until you upgrade or leave.

WRT the initial bonus; you would have to pay back the entire thing if you leave during year 1; and the payback gets prorated quarterly in year 2. The retention bonus has no payback.

Pretty sure that's correct; one of the bonus recipients would have to verify that to make me 100% certain.

Anyone know within how many days in class you get your company ID badge? I was thinking of jumpseating home for thanksgiving since it's on company metal.
