Seem to recall everyone said that's last year, and look how that turned out.

They asked me to delay my starting date due to class being over full.

I guess I didn't learn my lesson about volunteering in the military

Word is the first class in January is going to be huge. Lots of people passing up seniority so they can start after the holidays.

I keep forgetting that probably 70% of the new hires need the ctp program... That puts another delay on training.

They aren't missing much if the classes are lower in December. I think the 19th class is supposed to be huuuuuugeeeee (trump)

This class was supposed to be small. Most people did not want it for some reason.

The ATP CTP course was overfilled, and that is the one they were trying to get people to delay. We were planning on running on double CTP classes this week, but the approval for the double class was delayed for 2 weeks.

The next several classes are already filled, but we are adding a couple more people from what I heard. I think our largest class in 2014 was 36, and we will likely have 36 again in January.

With 3 classes in January, we will probably have close to 100 new hires in January alone.
