Also...one of PSA's Chief Pilots/Recruiters was interviewed and quoted in the article. He ended up being in my interview and having my log books squared away I believe made up for some of the other areas where I believe I didn't do as well.

Anyone have any gouge on the hotel and/or gym situation at CLT? In training at Dayton we had access to a gym about a mile down the road... Is there a similar set-up in CLT? Do we only use one hotel, or are there multiple possibilities?

Not sure where they put new hires in clt for sims now a days.. They have a few hotels, some for crews, training, etc.. I think its the Doubletree. If it is, the gym is pretty good there. Cable machine, free weights, etc...

For the CTP/ATP class invite for me, they listed the Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport as the place they are putting us up. Doesn't seem to be close to much of anything. Where is the training facility at exactly?

How many days off is the current contract? What type of schedule bidding process is PSA using?

Welcome to PSA. The company loves to use hotels located next to nothing. The training center is about a 5-10 minute van ride if I remember correctly.

11 days off minimum per the contract. We bid using FLICA. There are two rounds of bidding. Round 1 lines which is all hard lines, plus SAP. Round two lines are build up and reserve lines. Build up lines are comprised of what is left after SAP and vacation/training/etc.
