We are not going to hire 1000 pilots this year. The last email was 100 aircraft plus 15 more for 2016. If you average 10 pilots per plane we are stafted. If our block hours increase maybe 1300 to 1500 is my guess. I think it will be between 1100 to 1300 pilots for 2016. We may take 50 more aircraft to operate 150 aircraft total your guess is as good as mine. Growth for 2016 is dead in my opinion.

Every bid for captain is filled internally now.
They don't appear to be hiring anyone. 6 + months in and sitting reserve and with the extremely low class size, I'll be sitting reserve for another 6 months.
After the last period of getting jerked around by scheduling, I regret coming here.
There appears to be no improvement.

And it continues today.
Get called yesterday...moving you to DAY to sit reserve. Calls back 2 minutes later and says it is hot reserve 5am. Been at the airport and pull up Flica and it says scr. I call scheduling...they don't know why he notified me that way "notes say he was taking about the 29th and today is the 28th..oops" Sorry head back to the hotel and your still on call until 6:00pm."

Make sure it shows HRV and the associated 4:00 credit and per diem for whatever you did sit. If they refuse to put it on, follow up with the CP. Have them pull the tapes if need be. They want to be stuck in the stone age and not have electronic notification, this is what happens. If their scheduler made a mistake and gave you the assignment for a different day, you need to be "compensated" as such.

I will be under guarantee and since I am out of base I get per diem anyway.
I was on assignment and I am tired. I was up at 4:10 so no matter what the Flica says now I am done until tomorrow.
Just stinks.
She said they will pull the tapes. Hope they can learn from it...I do not believe it was malice.
Funny thing is once before I was hot in Flica and not notified as such...I still went to the airport since I knew vs picking a battle and they used me.

In the same vein. I never saw another FO. She said let me check. Came back and said one was scheduled. I didn't see him nor did the other 3 crew when I said "see ya" and I don't think it is his fault.
I think the guy doing the notifying got confused (of course I wasn't listed in my oversold deadhead either).
