Hey all - did some looking through this thread but couldn't find any recent info. Anyway I'm curious how long being on reserve is running these day? I know the industry sucks in general right now and things keep changing but from reading through some of this thread things seem to be moving at Mesaba these days so maybe it's a pertinent question. Thanks!

I think some of them are educated guesses

I agree with you to a point. Obviously something is up, LCA on all fleet, sim and ground instructors, and all the new hires with only a handful of aircraft left on the deliery schedule. People are talking about 36 more 900's, freedom aircraft, more 200s, more saabs, ATL, CIN, SLC bases; take your pick. All I was saying lets just wait and see what actually is going to happen.

LAX base for the win! Got to love rumors though they just make the time go by.

Hahaha you just want the LAX base for that Chinese/Japanese place, how about an NRT base for the real stuff!?

to answer the reserve question, I have been on reserve since the begin of july and will be next month, and the month after that, and probably the month after that at the soonest, or I could bid DTW and not be on reserve come Nov/Dec.
