Good luck to everyone and please have patience, each application goes through a series of screening before it gets back to HR to make interview invitations... so it can take awhile.
Thats what I meant to say...my bad

Hey guys I'm looking for a little help. I'm flying to MSP from PHX tomorrow for my Mesaba interview on Thursday. The flight they have me listed on is a 140p flight and it is NWA #122 I was wondering if someone could look at the loads and tell me how it looks, and If you could look at the earlier flt at 12:22p which is #124. Please PM me if you can help. Thanks a lot!

The flights look full, as most PHX flight do. The flight you're listed on looks better than the earlier one, so stick with the one they booked you on. Good luck to you on Thursday.

Seems like there might be around 20 standbys or so...

Go to NWA.com, select one-way flights, enter PHX/MSP as dep. dest. and enter tomorrow in the date. You can pull up a seat map and see which seats aren't currently assigned. Flt. 122 looks a little better than the earlier one.
Good luck!

The problem with the number of stbys you're seeing is that all of them will be behind the applicant, as the applicant flies at a higher priority than any nonrev. Not to mention many of the stbys are confirmed elite passengers waiting for an upgrade, who already have Y class seats. They skew the numbers each time.

As for the seat map, it's not all that accurate because NWA will release on the day of departure seats that appear to be occupied today. It gives you only ballpark numbers and isn't the best way to gage the loads of a flight. The best way to see if a flight is full is to use the nonrev number combined with the nwa.com/nrev. The best obviously is looking at PARS to tell the real story.

How can we find the codes to find the loads with PARS? How do we figure out who are elite passengers looking for an upgrade?
