Do I contact crew planning if I have an issue with my bid award for December? This is the first month my number can hold a line, I bid every single line for the month and no reserve lines. I was awarded a bad reserve line. How can that even be?? Thanks.

If you don't have access or don't want to sign up, PM me your e-mail and I will e-mail you the gouge from there.

Steve Taylor interviewed me and called me today offering me the job for a Dec 15th class on the Saab. I'm pretty excited about this new opportunity. Mesaba sounds like a great company with great people!! Thanks to everyone on here that answered my questions....
hey thanks, i did end up purchasing the gouge. lateest one on there was 10/08 seemed pretty straight forward. Which approach did you shoot on the sim. Also did you meet a guy named Darin?

Congrats to you and keep us posted

No I didn't meet a Darin, I don't think, doesn't sound familiar?

For the sim, started me up and had me hold 500' until 110 knots or so and then "rotate" after positive rate, gear up. I flew around to get feel for the aircraft and climbed to 2000'. I then did a 45 degree steep turn to the left 360 degrees and that was that. Then he positioned me somewhere and asked where i was in relation to the VOR. I was southeast on the 120 radial and 12 DME. Then he asked me to intercept and track inbound on the 090 radial. I didn't even intercept it before he repositioned me and had me brief and setup my navs for the ILS 6 into Islip. I then got a vector to the approach and was cleared. I flew it down all along while putting in flaps and gear when I wanted (just as long as they were all in by 1000' AGL) I got to 299' and went missed it was a straight out to 2,600' I believe and then he asked how I would enter the hold. He then asked me to go direct to the LOM on the approach so I turned the ADF card to match the heading I was going and turned to that heading. He then asked me another non-standard hold at the VOR and asked what entry I would use. Then asked me how I would enter a couple different holds on the localizer at the LOM. Then finally asked me a couple different holds at the LOM. I never had to enter a single hold just say what entry I had to use. He asked me about 6 or 7 different ones....

Just curious if anyone who originally got a no thanks email tried applying again? I was one of the higher time(CRJ sic type to boot) guys that applied over 2 months ago and got a no thanks email a couple weeks later, so I tried applying again with a new app and a different email. Anyone else try and have any luck? Thanks

If you select inviolate days, is there any difference in the quality of the buildup line?
