No, one of them is doing OE right now. The other one will do their PC and then start training again.

My mistake, I knew one was in OE, thought the other one was gonna finish, but I guess its just their PC, thanks for clarifying.

Is it true that the April 4 furloughs have been cancelled?

No, nothing confirmed from the company. Rumor is that it is delayed.

All of the people that were on the list for April 4th have been contacted, and told their furloughs have been delayed. So while there has not been an announcement on mymesaba, the company has acknowledged this.

Looks like the delay of furloughs has been confirmed. Just posted on mymesaba. Possible increase in summer flying? Hopefully no more furloughs till fall.

Hopefully this a step forward and not neutral. Trying to be optimistic but with the Saabs leaving how can we save these jobs?

Increased block hours in the summer has been stated publicly...so much so that possible upgrades on both jets are possible, even with the saab reductions.

Hey, has anyone heard anything on the New York base rumor lately. I haven't heard anything recently. I'm not trying to further the rumor mill, however I logged into Deltanet today and saw that Delta is trying to get a large number of operating slots out of La Guardia.

I have no idea if they're related but I'm just wondering if anyone's heard anything lately.

That's what I really want for Christmas, getting based there
