I see you got than info from an A.net thread. They are speculating whether it is a jump start on a possible Southwest route. Southwest has just purchased a bunch of slots in LGA. Good Luck to DL if they do come into LGA, but if I'd be WN, I wouldn't bother starting flying into LGA, I would turn around and sell those slots now (to DL)

Southwest - LGA
It is a fact that in 1979 a CEO made an average of 50 times a regular employee.
Yet in 2008 an average CEO makes 500 times a regular employee. Anything wrong with this? In 30 years the cost of a CEO has increased 10 fold. And they wonder why the economy has gone to crap!!!

This was just circulated around and should be of interest to all.
These are all owned by Comair...well I guess Delta, since they're going to sell them out from under us.

They are not part of the lease returns or any reductions stated by management. So they are not part of the "five" lease returns for next year and are not part of the ones from this year. Unless we get more airplanes look for more fuloughs beyond those in January!
Just a curious note: Whats the furlough situation at comair these days?
How many so far and how many to come, if any?
P.S. isn't it funny that Webster defines "Furlough" also as "A temporary release of a convict from prison"? Got to love this dream!
