Is there a point person at Comair handling unemployment? Someone in corporate payroll or something? PM me or whatever please, I have a question for them. If you were based in JFK but had no NY taxes taken out, is Comair reporting your wages in the the city you were domiciled in or the state you live in, or in KY?

You would probably be better off asking these questions to a live person rather than a forum board, but I will take a shot...
Yield fare tickets are different - you have to pay for them based on some formula (cents per mile, or something like that). That is what is available in the early out, like a buddy pass.
In the 55 point plan, you get the same travel benefits that you have now (although different priority), just like a retiree.
The best pass benefits are S3B - which is always lower than an active employee but higher than a pass rider using S3C.
Pay the vacation? Before you have accrued it? That would be like accepting a position as a salesman that gets four weeks vacation, quitting the next day, and expecting them to pay you for four weeks and a day. I don't see it happening.

HEY ALL,
I am updating my look book and I am missing a N number for ship 7352. Dispatch says it was a lease returned and they don't have the number anymore. Any one fly it? I flew it last on 6/02/08 Thanks.

Man, you guys are so organized and detailed. "N" numbers, logbooks, what's next?. Medicals?! :-)
Btw, you have to file in your State of residence. They in turn determine -and will let you know- whether you could file somewhere else.

I would think that after working until April and with the possibility of taking the vacation before then, that they should have to pay it to you. You have earned it at that point. Now leaving Jan 1st and expecting it would be different, but that isn't what we are talking about.
A lot of times they have to file a multi state claim
So this Comair/Delta aircraft only thing is really screwing me up... What other places fly into MCO other than CVG, ATL, JFK (that's on a comair/delta craft)? I can't find anything and the route map on deltas site has already combined the NWA routes and I can't read all those lines.
