From what I've been seeing is that they're getting rid of the senior people and not filling their positions. Any emplyees they had, get dumped on someone elses lap. So their workload and responsibilites are increased but get paid the same pay. Customer Service can't even keep people anymore, that's why they aren't allowed to partake of the 55/early out programs. Most over there are on the low end of their scale. Somehow I don't think I'll get my merit increase this year, after we fought Ng3 to get it back. Next thing to go is profit sharing...mark my words! It also ****es me of about all this "we're too expensive" crap! It's Delta's fault! They're the ones that are shrinking us and incresing our operating costs. The more we shrink the more unviable we become.

Don't forget the F/A's that were furloughed (and more about to be furloughed), that puts it over 500 furloughed....and counting.

Senority all with the same available days.

fo 1 - projected 58 hours
fo 2 - projected 38 hours
fo 3 - projected 70 hours

Its my understanding that FO 1 would get it. They have to have over 60 hours before they skip them correct. Not this trip will put him over 60 hours.
Actually, assuming days available and all that good stuff, FO #2 would get it. Reason is, he is the only one that wouldn't be taken over 60 hours credit with the addition of the trip. We have to take into account what you WILL have for credit, not just if you're curently over 60 hours or not. FA's are not the same (if I remember correctly).

Months and months ago for pretty much all of what mesa flys with the exception of the addition of q400s in place of 50s

This would make some of the most senior pilots at Comair extremely happy. Or at least they enjoy reliving the "glory days" anyway... nonstop for the duration of the trip.
