I was always happy to come to work here, until the last 4-5 months when the company began playing with peoples lives. Displacement, displacement canceled, displacement, furlough, no furlough, furlough, displacement. They act like they could give a crap about anyone that works there or their families. Now, the pilot group is down 800 people (or something like that) since 2005, and everyone left is on edge. There are FO's that were 6-8 year captains! And you want people to give a crap?

Yes... there are reasons to be upset, but I think our company and employees could benefit from some optimism. The fact that people think whats going on is the result of a few people wanting to bring grief to other co-workers is crazy. We are all in this together, and the minute we understand that, then work to make this place work better we'll all be a lot better off.
