ASA, PQ, CHQ, SKW.....if they're flying a delta flight..it's fair game and I don't know of anyone that has had problems (myself included - ASA CHA-ATL)
Thanks, I can't see them keeping track of who's "flight" it is years from now.

I've never had the gate agent tell me "Comair can't fly on this Delta flight, it's an old Western route/crew/plane/etc...."

Just got the profit sharing check today. I guess ALPA felt the need to dip into that as well. I guess my $20 a month plus dues is not enough for them. Stupid me for thinking that the profit sharing would be all mine.

Somewhere in the back of my mind I seem to remember that right after bankruptcy when we came out with this profit sharing plan, that ALPA negotiated part of our share away. Something to the affect of, if the employees earn 2%, ALPA members earn 1.25 % or something.

I can't remember correctly, and my warped mind just may have made it up. Who knows?

This is my point. If they would allow people taking the Early Out program to travel on ASA/CHQ/ etc, they would get more people interested in taking it, because some people don't live in cities that are served by Delta or Comair. For instance, crew members that live in Asheville, NC wouldn't benefit from the program the way it is. However, if travel on other DCI carriers was allowed, it would allow them to travel out of their hometowns.

HR person at Delta told me today that a new Delta Non-rev program will be out mid 2009 to include the Northwest merger portion of the benefit.

I think it's 3% for regular employees, 2% for pilots...and this, I'm sure of: 0% for the uninvited.

It will probably also include the destruction of our "benefits" as well. Not for nothing, but Delta has one of the best non-rev policies out there (Free First class, only $50 a year, etc...) so I'm sure they decided to change that.

Northwest flight benefits, anyone know what they were before the merger? I am really wondering if Northwest bought Delta, I mean it seems to me Northwest and it's people are faring a hell of a lot better than Delta's people in terms of bases etc.

SAY IT AIN'T SO SEEAREJAY, SAY IT AIN'T SO!!!!!!!! THOSE BASTARDS!!!!!

OH MY GOD! THEY KILLED KENNY!! THOSE BASTARDS!!!! (had to put that in there) See- the more I see of this place and how they do people from Customer Service to Flight Crews the more I question my decision to come here, maybe its' just the harsh economic times the reason I say that (I want to believe that) when I see Leaders geting fired, regular folks getting fired- hell I rode the employee shuttle in the other day and a F/A told me about how they are now FIRING pilot and F/A's over the slightest infraction percieved or otherwise.

I think Comair would have fared better if the Muellers kept the place.
