Watch the company try to charge you for those flights when you come back to work. Would suck, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Things are gonna get interesting come this May. Check your email from crew forcasting......

"Another significant variable in this equation is determining separation dates for crewmembers who have chosen voluntary separation packages. At this point in time, it is impossible to give separation dates. Soon, Comair leaders will communicate a plan to handle separation dates in conjunction with the staffing plan needed to facilitate the significant changes in our schedule."

Im guessing we're gonna be a little understaffed since it is IMPOSSIBLE to give separation dates.

Just read the e-mail. They are way behind the power curve here. Sounds like the guys in crew forecasting and planning are in the dark as much as the rest of us and then they dump it on them.

Any displacement requires a 60 day notice. Not sure about if they put out a vacancy bid first.

Has anyone heard a possibility of any recalls whatsoever?
