Delta- sucking since 1980

More like all airlines sucking since 1978.

What's going on guys? Did Comair furlough the entire pilot group?

Latest rumor at Comair is that the Nov/Jan furlough will not happen. Any truth to the rumor?

Obviously, I know furloughs need to be recalled before new hiring, so unless we are getting ton of new flying (ha) this has to be bull. Right?

Comair is not hiring pilots and will not hire for a very long time. We have over 300 pilots on furlough and more to come in November and January. This is just an attempt from a company to scam you out of $6.99 per month to view jobs that do not exist.
I hope you are not posting on this forum to promote this scam. It is your first post after all.

The only thing firm is that the involuntary furlough list was recently reduced by ONE pilot.

As one of the 300+ (11/5/08), I have only been scammed by Conair, not the other way around. Just curious if anyone else had seen the post, and I figured it was the same thing as well - a marketing ploy by that company.

Never pay a company to search for jobs. Retable companies do not charge to search jobs. Very few companies are hiring now and they have thousands of applications and resumes choose from, why would they pay to advertise jobs?

I guess union furlough mitigation is working, they saved one additional job.
