I seem to recall that was a major cluster - payroll was counting furloughs as terminations instead of furloughs, and using the termination clause to dock their entire paycheck.
That might make me feel like family - if the family was the Phillips family and I was MacKenzie.
But I doubt "the Director" actually arranged the cluster and then hid just out of sight to watch pilots squirm on his secret hidden cameras.
