I've heard the United Express flying rumor for a while now. Apparently UAL is pretty fed up with the Mesa operation. ExpressJet will be doing some UAL Express flying and picking up some slack for Mesa out of IAD and ORD. With all the cuts in DL flying, picking up some flying for another carrier is exactly what Comair could use right now. I would mind seeing some UAL Express CRJ-700s with the operated by Comair logo on it

Who read it on the back of a tarot card given to her by a Jehovah's Witness on 45th and Broadway.
I heard this, but it was from another fellow inmate..so it probably came down the same pipe...It'd be nice.
I'm thinking that it's an announcement that Comair is to go the way of BigSky/Skyway and cease flight operations to be the best darn ground handling company in the milky way galaxy.
Or, that Tater Tot Tuesdays will be moved to Thursdays, to make way for Turnip Tuesdays, which is cheaper than taters...and rich in Fiber so we can pass the Kool-Aid faster.

I don't they they flat out stopped listing them. They just updated the seniority numbers starting with the March bid packet, so they 'cleaned it up' in a sense. And so all the quitters were taken out too. So we'll see what it says for April. I know of a few that already quit.

Just took the wind right out of my sails. Seriously, though, I doubt this will happen. If Delta were going to dump us, they would have done it during bankruptcy. It would have been so much easier then and they wouldn't have poured millions and millions into settling contracts with us pilots twice and the FA's, and wouldn't have had the bankruptcy claim payouts.

I think they just flat out stopped listing them, you'll probably have to compare march to april to see who's here and who's not.

Relax. It's really a non-event as long as you know your memory items and limitations and weather.
Day 1 is non-jeopardy, so don't worry if you mess up a maneuver.
Day 2 is just a standard oral and a LOFT with a system failure or two en route. Maybe a flaps failure on missed approach off of a GPS approach. Maybe a hydraulic system failure en route. Maybe a double pack failure. Those are 3 scenarios I've heard of recently. I had the double pack failure in mine a few months ago. If you do get that one, when doing the "Unpressurized flight" procedure in the QRH, wait until you are at 10,000 ft. before opening the RAM air door, otherwise you just open yourself up to a whole other headache.
