psssss, Paige, I know I'm probably getting furloughed. Luckily I have 2 backup job offers. When did I say I didn't think furloughs will happen?

What? That doesn't make any sense. They are JMing people today because JFK has 52min delays, LGA has 144min delays, and AFPs 5 and 6 are hot.
So they've used up all the reserves today. Today is a different scehdule than the reduced flights in sept.

It was used as an incentive for the Comair workgroups to vote in concessionary contracts, as in: "if you don't take paycuts Delta will bring the Mesaba Syndrome to CVG"
Worked on the pilots and Mechs but not the FAs.

Okay, please explain to me how you don't believe that today's schedule is different than Sept. Are you saying that the fall flight reduction is an entire bluff? You've got quite a surprise in for yourself.

To the guys that are wondering about the number of aircraft not matching up to the number of furloughs: The rest of that memo states that the remaining aircraft will see big reductions in productivity.
The reason they are allowing everyone to finish training is because Comair bought all of the SIM time that they could in mulitple different countries to be used by all of the newhires. Now, plans have changed, but Comair can't get a refund on all of the SIM time so they might as well use it.
