I believe the historical standard would be, Furlough now, Grieve later...

I can't wait to hear this. What exactly do our Chief pilots (guidance couselors) plan on doing about a sticker. What legally can they do? Also how bad is it that the receive 100 hours of credit each month for Hat Police and Sticker Patrol. If our min line values drop even an hour we need to fight to bring down the CP credit or pay as well. It's only fair right. If we go from and 82 hour min line value to a 70 hour min line value, then the CPs should go from 100 hours of credit to 88 hours. I mean, if we have guys on furlough and less people doing this job, then the counelors aren't doing as much work.

If our min line value drops below what it is now I will be hitting the streets. The money here sucks in the first place and I can only struggle so much before I give up.

You are of course correct...I did not pay enough attention to the original email - I was thinking that was the runway the poster was refering to...so disregard and wait for an new notam later this year...

I hear ya. 4 + years and I'm sending out the resume now. This next contract isn't going to be anything to look forward to. We will be lucky to fight to keep our current working conditions. Also, whatever is negotiated isn't really going to mean much when I'm sure it will be negotiated yet again with mergers. I don't see the pay or QOL getting any better.
