I looked through the schedule bulletins from Mid-October through end of December, and there really aren't many changes. It will be about the same as November. Most of the changes are equipment, e.g. Tuesdays Freedom will operate CVG-IND instead of Comair or Comair will operate JFK-ALB on certain days instead of Freedom. Still showing Pinnacle in CVG through the end of the year. JFK looks to be about the same as it is right now and November. One thing that stuck out for me was CVG-LEX. I remember when it used to be all or mostly Comair flights, in a few weeks there will be 1 Comair flight between CVG-LEX, the rest is ASA, Freedom and Pinnacle.

To respond to some of the previous discussions. I think the only way for Comair to survive during this merger, or "collision" as Soaper likes to say, is if we get flying from another carrier (UAL). That would be the best thing that could ever happen to this company. Delta has been pi$$ing on us for years, and I don't expect it to get any better. Also, like I have said before, IF Mesa would go away, it wouldn't mean we would get all the flying, planes, etc. Who says that DL will even replace that flying? We and Management are too dependent on the Mesa outcome. I do hope the whole UAL thing is true and we could potentially see some flying here in the future, as I believe it is the only way to save this company.

I'm not sure if it is to replace Mesa or if it is new flying. I know Selvaggio didn't really mention anything specific during the meeting the other day.

I guess JFK is screwed up today. They are canceling flights. I guess no more donuts and pizza

From my contact at UA's Express division, it's all based on replacing Mesa. They are waiting on Mesa to either tank or see how Delta fairs against them in Court. If Delta wins it gives precedent, so UA can cancel their contract with MAG.

2 Questions:

1. When is this court date?

2. And if this UA flying ours, and is delta OK with that?

Frankly I think Mesa will never go under. I got a gut feeling they will some how find a way to survive (Gov't Bailout maybe). But well see what happens. Nov 5 is approaching very quickly.

According to Selvaggio, the court date is in April. We apparently got the OK! from Delta a long time ago to fly for another carrier.
