Happy Furlough Day to my fellow Oct. 5th furloughees! Hope you're enjoying it as much as I am... Weeeeeee! Going to a garbage can cookout later and I've been told I don't have to bring the beer because I'm unemployed. For the first time in a few months, I can't find a reason to complain!

I think they should send a FedEx box, with a pre-paid return label to those who are off the final day, or whose duty period ends after CP office hours. Why the hell should we go there post furlough date or incur any expense to mail their property?

Also, shouldn't it be "The Walk of Shame on Comair"?

Whatever you do make sure you get a receipt. They (CVG CP Office) gave me one when I turned in my manuals and IDs today.

I asked the ladies in the CP office the other day and they said the CP's office can take manuals and ids. I would guess that JFK would do the same. I have to hold onto my stuff until tomorrow becuase they have me on A5 today. Holding me until the very last second...a-holes. I hope I can find a better place and when they call for a recall I can tell them EXACTLY where I want them to shove it!!!

Old remote is packed with aircraft. No more room to park them. I guess CS said that there are only 1000 passengers coming through CVG on Comair today.

And how many thousand on Pinnacle, ASA, Fredum, and Shaniqua?

Those guys are headed for a real kick in the teeth when Delta shuts down CVG on them!
