What are we expected to wear when traveling to Indoc? Jeans and a collared shirt? Slacks? Nice shoes I guess? I'm trying to find any guidance in paperwork I already have.

Suit the first day then business casual for the rest. I would not wear jeans. Everyone had on at least a pair of khakis or something similar .

Cool, thank you! Since traveling on AA for company business, I'm guessing there's certain guidelines to follow.

They say business casual for positive space but I'm sure a pair of jeans and polo won't be a deal breaker.

All you need is one unhappy gate agent to mess you up. Why take the chance. Chinos are comfy too!

We do it manually. There is a fuel page on the UNS that most use to check math. There are also a couple unofficial apps out there. The only FAA approved method for CG calculations is to spin the wheel though. It takes about 30 seconds, no big deal.
