Have the schedules improved out of PHL or are they still 4 on 2 off?

Honestly go for the jet. I came here wanting the dash. I got it.
Now with the closing of Harrisburg, it seems to not be the move to make. You're gonna be on reserve as an FO and Captain. Just go for the jet. After the last bid you can see that's where the opportunity is going to be.

Looks like I will be joining the PDT team!

For those of you who are prospective candidates, do your best to prepare and be yourself. It was a great interview. Study the Sheppard air program for the written, know the ins and outs of a metar, Jeppesen approach plates and 10-9. Having a great knowledge of all the IFR "Gotchas" will be helpful as well.

I'm really looking forward to this. I asked for the EMB-145 as the recruiter (who was a dash guy) basically said they were hiring for the EMB-145 exclusively unless you specifically requested the Dash-8.

I would have liked the DHC-8, but since that is not growing anymore, there is no way to get progress.. infinite reserve, and crummy lines likely...just fly the Jet. PDT is going to be all Jet in a couple years anyway...

Schedules are pretty much 4on 2 off, with one 4day off stretch each month.

That class started what date in January? Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought I read here it was about the 5th?

That would put delays at a month or more.
