I didn't, it wasn't on the list of things they told us to return from the letter they sent me. Just badge, FOM, POH, MEL, JEPPS, travel card (which is your badge). As far as I'm concerned I paid for it, so I keep it. Also apparently they are going to prorate out the used vacation that was not accrued from our last paycheck as well. So how I understand it I'll have 3 days worth of vacation taken out.

I only turned in my ID and my manuals. I didn't see or hear anything about wings and epaulets, which doesn't make any sense anyway. Are they worried that I might go down to my local airport and play airline pilot? If they want them they can swing by my house and pick them up. F that.

So according to the Piedmont Airlines website...we are now collecting resumes for Flight Attendants! *** The 25 FA's going out on furlough on the 1st haven't hit the street yet and they are looking like they are gearing up to do some hiring.

This is normal for this time of the year also when we do close LGA a bunch of FA's will not move and quit. B.T is just hedging his bets.

Thought this was pretty interesting in the Ask Piedmont this week:
Q. So now that the E190 flying is supposedly going to be handed over to CRJ flying, will some of the CRJ flying that should be Dash 8 routes be assigned to us so their resources can do the E190 flying? Maybe that'll initiate some recalls to our pilots and FAs. Also, if this happens, could this warrant a PHL or CLT crew base should it bring in enough RON aircraft at the hubs?... maybe if we're so lucky we'll even get PHX! A. Yes to everything you say. Steve
So Farrow is saying yes to:
1) More routes for Dash 8 (well at least getting old routes back)
2) Recalls
3) Major Hub base
4) PHX base
Now obviously I am not going to believe one of these things until I see it...I just think it is pretty interesting that he would say this.
