By the way you active PDT LGA guys, at least one guy gave a rash of it to Captain America. Please remember there is at least one good apple who had enough guts to say it is wrong to this guy.

Does the "Captain America" legend live on? He's still hung on to that name?
Is this the guy who swaps out light bulbs in hotels and returns home with his overnight bag filled with hotel toilet paper?
And yet he has always picked up as much open time as possible. He was known for picking up FO open time too, back in the day. Can't imagine he would do that now, though.

In my analysis of changes in the 48hr. I disregarded any additional hours that were due to trading days for days. I observed a decent number of pilots that had a stretch of days off and simply added an out-and-back or two-day.

I observed no swaps for any reason that actually decreased a pilots pay.

Again, there are many pilots at Piedmont Airlines that are straight picking up time while 15% of the total pilot group is furloughed.

Nah, it's not that moron. He was fired ~4 years ago after getting confronted for stealing stuff from hotels. He really crossed the line when he started stealing bed sheets and a comforter. Kind of hard for hotels not to realize something's missing.
He actually got fired for smearing a soft steamy one all over the walls of his hotel room to get back at the hotel for reporting him to the company.

I just said Capt. America as in just a nickname to use rather than using an expletive that the MODs would have warned me for or deleted my post.

Hey, there are still more of them out there. I know we have at least one FO and one CA in MDT who take stuff from the rooms. I was helping the FO once get his stuff out of the airplane on a swap, and his suitcase weighed probably 70 or 80 pounds. I was told by the FA that he always carries 7 or 8 water bottles with him, plus stuff from the hotel. Ridiculous.

hahaha crazy. Can't blame the FOs tho, with the amount we get paid.

Altho that it a joke and really going to extremes but really... the FOs i guess you can't really blame hehe... jking, and not jking at the same time. Even tho we're one of the "better paying" prop carriers.

"Better paying".... more like not paying me at all. I was on Reserve for over a year and a half, commuting to sit in base for a week without getting to fly, living below poverty level then getting kicked to the street. Living the dream....Living the dream.

Any good questions asked on this weeks Ask Piedmont? I no longer have access to the website and was just wondering if anything good was asked. Thanks!
