Things are going to get really interesting now.. Dash 8 not going anywhere.
Hopefully an additional pay raise to compete for more pilots as whiskey now tries to restaff.

I'm not pulling in _that_ much credit. I wish. When you factor in the FO raise, bonuses spread out over a monthly average (DH8 bonus + FO retention bonus), and a 4 day prem trip, it works out to over $6k. And that's only at the current FO double premium. I'm already set up to do that next month. Definitely doesn't suck right now.
Keeping fingers crossed for it to get back up to triple prem this summer. If I can pull this off for at least 75% of the next 12 months I can rid myself of student loan and all credit card debt before the end of the year.
I doubt I'll ever beat that credit but I'll be sure to brag here about only working a 4 day premium trip next month if the planets line up for me!

I bet you didn't add the profit sharing bonus in there though.
I'm in your boat right now. Flying more OT trips then reserve trips. But I'm only hitting 5.3k a month avg. The only way to hit 6k is working vacation.
When are you going to be forced to the 145. We are handing them over at least one every two weeks it seems like.
Lol. Man you had me going for a bit!!! I thought you weren't averaging your bonuses in there too.

I'm more than halfway up the FO list in my base so hopefully I'll be able to stay on the old bird for a while longer yet. Yeah, man, 2-3 jets a month it appears.

You can get all the time at home (not 'off') you want if you're an FO that bids reserve and lives in base.
If they don't call me the next two days then I'll have only gone in to work a total of 7 days this whole month! Reserve coverage is much greater next month and I've already got a 4 day premium trip scheduled so with any luck it will be the only flying I do all month but I'll still credit well above guarantee. Between the pay raise, bonuses, premium flying, and bidding reserve while living in base, I'm totally okay with barely going in to work and being able to make over $6k/mo.
