I've got an interview in a few weeks and I'm looking to get a copy of the pilot contract so I can compare it with my current gig. Anybody know where I can find this or can PM me a copy? Thanks.

Things are going to start progressing much faster now.. the aim in clt is being unsettled right now. Once that is up and running that is 35 sim slots extra capacity.. the training department is confident that by may and June there will no longer be any lag...

FYI

TWO busts this week on loe

One for a very competent CA and one for a new upgrade. Both were minor items. Do not expect any slack. PDT.. Also. Rumor only that the dash mentality is creeping ever so slightly into the jet. Teaching technique as gospel again from instructors with no time in type. Know your books your profiles and call outs like you know your —

I passed MV and LOE as a new hire last month first tries with no issue... had the "hard examiner." He was nothing but courteous and fair and was definitely not out to get us. If you prepare well, you'll be fine.

this is true. How did the training compare to your last 121 airline? If you don't mind?

I know you think that's helpful to post. But if you're going to say that, you HAVE to explain EXACTLY what happened. Otherwise it's useless.
What minor times?? Forgot a callout? Nearly violated an FAR? What???
Just posting something ominous does nothing for anybody.

This is the truth. I will agree, however, that some of the inexperience in type and technique BS has led to issues both in the sim and on the line. That is a fact.

Well.. neither of those things mentioned. Because those are not a bust.

I was not trying to be ominous. However have your "A"game packed for LOE

Dang, I was planning on showing up unprepared.

Joking aside, if you think you're being taught stuff that isn't in the book by a guy whose never flown the actual airplane, ask about it in the debrief. No one can discount you for politely asking where info came from, especially if it seems foreign. The majority of instructors are good people who mean well.
