So what happens to your "iron clad" so called contract when AA decides to consolidate Piedmont, PSA, and Envoy into one large wholly owned regional? Oooooo boom dynamite! Now your no longer Piedmont and are now subjected to, lets say PSA flow agreement or does your amazing "iron clad" contract have protection for when this happens? My best friend is a Piedmont Captain so I've read your "iron clad" contract..
- what are your trip and duty rigs not min pay?

Let me rephrase.. "What happens when". Just a matter of time before Parker will consolidate you (PSA, Envoy, and Iron clad) into one company/pilot group. Three years tops!
The whole point of a contract is to protect you in case of an if or a when.
-if/when we cancel will I get paid
-if/when we DH will I get paid.
So that being said what does your "iron clad" contract say about mergers?

You know what annoys me about you two? You both sound like used car salesman. I'm not saying PDT is an awful place to go to by any means, but try presenting your argument with real facts instead of spinning it for your agenda.
I'll give you a FACT to start with. Nothing is "iron clad". Not PDT's flow and not envoys flow.

I'm just asking a simple question...how can they stop envoys flow? According to you, PDT has an "iron clad" flow and all envoy gets is 175's? Nice little spin you're putting on that.
You know what annoys me about you two? You both sound like used car salesman. I'm not saying PDT is an awful place to go to by any means, but try presenting your argument with real facts instead of spinning it for your agenda.

In case they merge PSA or PDT with ENY, those pilots will go AFTER the 824 and protected pilots (which are the ones hires before Oct 11, 2011).

American is actually being smart handling these flows and look for others soon to structure something like it. Especially if it keeps a steady stream of pilots coming in.

So you're going to be that ignorant to reality and still say your flow is iron clad? I'm not a lawyer so I'm not going to try and poke any holes. But we all know that AAG would never violate any agreement...
I'd be confident that your flow will work as planned, just as envoys will. But don't sit there and tell me that PDT has an iron clad flow that can't and won't be violated, while envoys can.
